I'm founder of IPR Communications - a specialist PR, Media Relations and Communications Strategy business. At IPR, I stands for Impact, P for Promotion and R for Reputation - three essential pillars that I carefully cultivate for my clients, ensuring their business thrives.
PR starts with the business owner. It's about uncovering the unique, authentic story, refining how it's communicated and making sure your brand gets noticed. After all, you can only sell your business if people know about you.

Beyond the strategy and the submission of media content, I run Masterclasses designed to empower business owners: Masterclass 1 helps you craft your authentic story while aligning your internal communications. A crucial step. Masterclass 2 focuses on the when, where and how to effectively reach out through the media.
I'm looking to collaborate with likeminded businesses eager to elevate their brand presence. My expertise likes in PR and media strategies for the food, drink, heritage and lifestyle sectors. At IPR, my goal is simple: to create impact, deliver promotion with precision and build recognition so that my clients feel confident in their business reputation. PR isn't about telling everything - It's about empowering you to tell your own story in the right way to catch those headlines.
Outside of Work
I enjoy tennis and golf, both for the challenge and the fresh air, and I thrive on socialising—whether it’s hosting, chatting, or simply connecting with new faces. My love of social history runs deep, and I’m proud to serve on the committee of the Friends of Corinium Museum ans as a Friend of Northleach Churc, preserving the fabric of the building and where I get to support heritage and community in meaningful ways.
Travelling feeds my adventurous spirit, while reading historical books allows me to journey through time without leaving my cosy corner. Every hobby I pursue fuels my curiosity and joy for life—whether I’m planning a wine-tasting experience or discovering new corners of Gloucestershire. PS Mother of twin boys, keeps me on my toes too!
When I’m not immersed in the world of communications at IPR, I’m usually somewhere between the vineyards, the tennis court, and the theatre aisle—preferably with a dog by my side and a good historical book in hand.
Wine tasting is a favourite pastime of mine (I always include non-alcoholic too), and I love curating events that bring people together over flavour, laughter, and discovery. I spend many happy hours walking through the Cotswolds with my dog—it's where my love of nature, history, and geography beautifully collide. Pilates, the gym, and gardening help keep me energised, and when it’s time to unwind, I’m either dining out, catching a play, or dancing!
