Outside of Work
Outside of work, I’m all about keeping active and being outside. I love weight and resistance training at the gym, running, and going for long walks. Black coffee, dark chocolate, and fresh air are my go-to pick-me-ups. I also play piano and have an eclectic music taste – from dance and drum and bass to classical.
I’m endlessly curious about health in all its forms, not just nutrition. I keep up with the latest research, conferences, and podcasts, and I’m fascinated by psychology and human behaviour – what drives people, how habits form, and what helps them make lasting change. One of the parts of my job I enjoy most is the people-facing side, helping clients navigate challenges and reach their goals.
A little-known fact about me: I once went head-to-head with Charlotte Tilbury in a Radio 5 debate on whether women should wear make-up. It reflects my drive for balance, my love of questioning norms, and my commitment to staying true to myself.
